My Calendar supports the ability to label your events with the accessibility features available at the event. The default terms available include:

  • Audio Description
  • ASL Interpretation
  • ASL Interpretation with voicing
  • Deaf-Blind ASL
  • Real-time Captioning
  • Scripted Captioning
  • Assisted Listening Devices
  • Tactile/Touch Tour
  • Braille Playbill
  • Large Print Playbill
  • Sensory Friendly
  • Other

Prior to version 3.7, these were a fixed list, only editable using PHP filters. As of My Calendar 3.7, these terms are a taxonomy on events that are editable.

The accessibility term editor is available at My Calendar > Accessibility Terms.

If you enable terms by default they will be pre-checked when you add a new event.
