My Calendar supports the ability to label your locations or venues with the accessibility features available at that location. The default terms available include:

  • Accessible Entrance
  • Accessible Parking Designated
  • Accessible Restrooms
  • Accessible Seating
  • Accessible Transportation Available
  • Wheelchair Accessible
  • Courtesy Wheelchairs
  • Bariatric Seating Available
  • Elevator to all public areas
  • Braille Signage
  • Fragrance-Free Policy
  • Other

Prior to version 3.7, these were a fixed list, only editable using PHP filters. As of My Calendar 3.7, these terms are a taxonomy on locations that are editable.

The accessibility term editor is available at My Calendar > Accessibility Terms.

If you enable terms by default they will be pre-checked when you add a new location.
